Weddings & Celebrations

Please contact us with your event details to receive a price estimate. It will include the complete setup, take down and all of the furnishings and decorations for a one-night rental. We will work with you to schedule the specific times you would the like the tents to be setup and taken down. Additional nights may be secured for $100 per night. 

To secure your date, we ask for a 50% deposit and the balance to be paid 7 days before the event. Because our tents are waterproof, our events are rain-or-shine. However, we will work with you to reschedule if you would prefer. We require a $100 security deposit that is refundable after checkout.

Travel is included for any setup within a 20-mile radius of our location in Madison, Mississippi. For setups farther than 20 miles, $4 per mile will be added.
