Horses are scientifically proven to reduce our human stress levels. And these gentle souls are masters at it!

Then you'll get a brief overview of the Intentions worksheet and an introduction to the Swedish Dala Horse craft. 

You'll get a wooden horse as well as lots of art supplies and craft materials to choose from. So your creativity can flow! 

I added ribbons to my horse. The mane represents what I want to focus on, and the tail is what I'm letting go of.
